2, Cutting and punching: The confirmed drawing of office furniture will be submitted to the cutting and punching team, which is the first step of production. 3, Bending: This step is to change the flat steel plate into a three-dimension shape. And then using a bending machine to fold out the inner and outer edges of each component. 4, Welding: Spot welding will be based on the position of welding to choose machine welding or manual operation. The purpose is to make the product achieve the strongest effect. After this step, the prototype of the Metal Cupboards are basically completed. The QC will be conduct the first installation inspection to ensure all details are correct.

5, Spray: This is a very complicated operation. Each component will go through acid pickling and vitrification to remove the rust spots and plate grease on the surface of the steel cabinets for spray preparation. And then after high temperature drying, the spray begins. After a total of nine strict procedures, every piece of the nice filing cabinets can achieve the smooth and uniform finishing, and the powder coating is scratch-free and moisture-proof.

6, Assembly: Parts need to be installed will be installed here, such as door, handle, lock, etc. Then the QC will come for second test to ensure every detail is perfect. The qualified products will be packed and ready for shipment.
